While Lisa was at work, Dave came home early with a beautiful bouquet of white flowers, tons of tea light candles, a bottle of champagne and, of course, the ring.

Still talking to Lisa online while she worked, Dave pretended to be in the lab working as well. Once he saw Lisa sign off the computer, he turned off the lights, lit the candles, positioned the bouquet, ran through his speech one last time and waited.

However, Lisa had some last-minute things to do in the office and left Dave waiting in the dark for another 25 minutes. Oops.

When she finally arrived home, Lisa found Dave, the flowers and tea lights. She teared up, forgot to listen to his speech and squeaked out a "yes" as he got down on his knee and proposed.
