- Mushroom caps stuffed with spinach, goat cheese and pine nuts
- Coconut-crusted shrimp with pineapple aioli sauce
- Bruschetta with basil-marinated tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese and hearts of palm
- Antipasto display with olives, peppers, Italian meats and cheeses, and breadsticks

DINNER WITH WINE SERVICE: 8:30-9:30
First Course
Baby spinach salad with gorgonzola cheese, walnuts and red onion with a raspberry vinaigrette
Second Course
Double breast of chicken stuffed with boursin cheese, roasted red peppers and spinach Served with julienne squash and zucchini atop a wild rice medley

Dessert
Wedding cake, served with gourmet coffee and a selection of premium teas
Bar closes from 8-9, during which there will be champagne and wine. The bar opens halfway through dinner at 9pm.
